CCMS Spring Conferences | March 11 & 12, 2026

🌼 SPRING CONFERENCES @ CCMS 🌼

Spring Conferences are a time for families to visit CCMS with their student - an opportunity for families, students, and teachers to connect. 

We have open times for families to come by the school and sign up to meet with any - or all teachers - for a 10 minute student-led conference during the conference block times shown below. Conferences are held in teachers' classrooms. Counselors will also be reaching out to families to schedule conferences during the morning on Thursday, March 12 - there will be no drop-in conferences during that time.

Wednesday, March 11

5:00-8:00pm* Evening Drop-In Conferences

Thursday, March 12

8:00am-12:00pm* Morning Scheduled Conferences

1:00-3:00pm* Afternoon Drop-In Conferences

4:30-7:45pm** Evening Drop-In Conferences

*the last conference time is 10 minutes before the end of the conference time block

**the last conference block is from 7:30-7:40pm

Our school office is also open extended hours during conferences to...

• pre-purchase 25-26 yearbooks ($20)
• purchase PE shirt or other school gear (t-shirts & hoodies)
• pay any outstanding fines or fees - including sports or instrument rental fees

Spring Conference School Office Hours

Open: 8:00am-8:00pm

Closed: 12:00-1:00pm & 4:00-4:30pm

Families can come by the school office to ask questions, get help with ParentVUE, ParentSquare, ArbiterSports, and more!

And... families can check out the Lost & Found Table in our front lobby to claim any items that their Panther may have left behind at school. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.
