🍂 FALL CONFERENCES @ CCMS 🍂

Fall Conferences are a time for families to come to CCMS with their student - an opportunity for families, students, and teachers to connect. 

CCMS Panthers will be the leader of their Fall Conference, and will be filling out a conference "script" in all of their classes. Panthers will be looking at their current grades, conduct and work habits - the same information that is included on Progress and Trimester Grade Reports. Panthers will be sharing what they are learning in each of their classes, as well as reflecting on what is going well - what struggles they may have - and what they may need help with to overcome any obstacles. 

We have open times for families to come by the school and sign up to meet with any - or all teachers - for a 10 minute conference during the conference block times shown below. Conferences are held in teachers classrooms. Families who want to set up a time to meet with a specific teacher can make those arrangements directly with them.

Wednesday, October 22

5:30-8:00pm* Evening Conferences

Thursday, October 23

8:00-11:30am* Morning Conferences

1:30-3:30pm* Afternoon Conferences

4:00-7:45pm** Evening Conferences

*the last conference time is 10 minutes before the end of the conference time block

**the last conference block is from 7:30-7:40pm

Visit the CCMS Organization Fair!

Make sure your Panther has all the necessary school supplies (binder, notebooks, paper, pencils, pens, erasers, and more) by visiting the Organization Fair in our AVID Room during Fall Conferences! Get your Panther set-up for success by accessing resources, and working with CCMS staff to ensure they are on track to learn and grow.

Our school office is also open extended hours during conferences to...

• pre-purchase 25-26 yearbooks ($20)
• purchase PE shirt or other school gear (t-shirts & hoodies)
• pay any outstanding fines or fees - including sports or instrument rental fees

Fall Conference School Office Hours

Open: 8:00am-8:00pm

Closed: 11:30am-12:30pm & 4:00-4:30pm

Families can come by the school office to ask questions, get help with ParentVUE, ParentSquare, ArbiterSports, and more!

And... families can check out the Lost & Found Table in our front lobby to claim any items that their Panther may have left behind at school. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.
